We have known Brian since 1997 when we bought one of his homes in Smithfield, VA. Later we had Brian build the same home with some added features in Williamsburg VA. Both homes were of magnificent construction with the Williamsburg home being in the Parade of Homes. Brian and his team have always exhibited the qualities most desired in a builder---pride of workmanship, dependability, adherence to schedule, cost control, and honesty. In addition, Brian always offered suggestions during the building process that enhanced the final product.

Brian Rowe and WeldenField have built a beautiful community, with a clubhouse and pool that allows us a place for social gatherings, exercise and fun with friends and family. His sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and helped through the whole building process. He offers quality craftsmanship and many high end standard items and options, but was also willing to make many design changes to accommodate our specific needs. We are loving our beautiful new home! It is just the way we wanted it! And at a price we could afford!
